Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof for faster resolution
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
